This merry-go-round was part of an annual cultural festival called De Parade held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. I rode on it, and it was very exciting as the burly man who ran it came out and gave everyone a good spin around while the merry-go-round was operating. The sign in Dutch saying “BETREDEN OP EIGEN RISICO!” means ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
